Very happy with my overall experience and haircut. Something that I would appreciate is if a price could be included when booking online. I selected 'anyone' when choosing a hairdresser and I understand the price varies depending on the level of experience of the person but once a hairdresser has been selected on my behalf an email/notification of the price would be appreciated so that you walk into the salon knowing exactly how much you will be paying.

Music is a little loud. Consider offering a speedy service for those without much time - very quick wash without the head massage.

Usually I feel very anxious when I am getting my hair cut - I have now been to this salon three times and have been relaxed each time. Very happy with the result, the environment, service and the lovely staff
