I booked in for a haircut + treatment with Adriana. She was away, which is fine, and I was told in advance that Alyssa would be cutting my hair. I usually love going to Off London but this was an unpleasant experience. Firstly, I did not get the treatment. Any time she ran a comb through my hair it felt like she was trying to pull the roots from my scalp. And from the sides, it was like she was trying to remove my ears with the comb. It was very uncomfortable and, because of this, I was hit with a panic attack that I tried to postpone until I could leave. When I got home, I noticed that my hair is now uneven and the layers are messy and do not blend in with the rest of my hair. I will be wearing my hair in a ponytail until my next appointment. I will not be seeing Alyssa again.

Maybe turn the music down a bit a little less repetition would be nice. Otherwise very happy with the result

I was very pleased with my colour from Amy, being that it was the first time in a few years i had tried another hair salon... i was a little reluctant. I did arrive at 5.30 and left at 8.15. It was just a t-section, i would of thought that it would be around 45minutes application, 45-60min development, then toner, wash and dry. To be honest, it was quite long for an appointment i thought would be much less time. Also, not that it was a big deal but when my hair was washed water went all down my back... and my earring was lost as it was accidnetly pulled out during the blowdry. These things were just bad luck which i understand. I would definitely return as Amy did a great job on my colour and thats the main thing. I just hope not to wait as much as i had too (i am understanding of slight wait time just not that much) next time as that was one of the main reasons for moving on from the last place.

The staff are very friendly and always help me to choose the right colour or style for my event. The massage chairs when getting your hair washed is a dream! It may be that it is leading up to the Christmas period however the appointments seem a bit rushed, and the staff were under pressure to finish every appoint. Some clients were left waiting a while to begin their appointment due to the rush. Again I put this down to a demanding Christmas season. The staff were always friendly though, offered great advice and always finished their jobs to the highest standard.
