The owner and staff of Off London provide a high level of professional service with contemporary offerings. All staff are always extremely warm, friendly and accommodating. While they are happy to offer suggestions, they always listen to the client. They know all their clients by name, care about them and provide a great experience. I have been going to Off London for about 7 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff seem to all get along very well, assist each other, notice when something needs to be attended to and creat a positive culture for themselves and their clients. The integrity of the owner, her treatment of her staff and her clients is commendable. Highly recommended.

Off London is amazing!!!! I had a terrible experience at another hair dresser who cut off way too much of my hair! I went to Off London crying and they booked my in for a consultation straight away! They managed to fix my hair and the entire team made me feel a whole lot better about the whole experience. I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else!

The girls and guys at Off London are fabulous! So full of energy and enthusiasm. I am always treated well here and enjoy the pampering they provide, from the tea to the treatments! I always walk out feeling glamorous and special. Particularly love Holly - so talented - she understands my requirements and always hits the mark. Similarly, when I am not sure what kind of cut or style I want, but know I want a change, she is fabulous at recommending creative ideas to suit my features. So much so that I will be giving her free reign to do what she likes with my next cut, colour and style! I won't be going anywhere else.

I've already recommended Off London to a bunch of my friends, it's a fantastic salon. I wanted to try something new with my hair, which is always a bit frightening, and my hairdresser listened carefully to how I imagined it, and then worked with me to find something I really liked.
