The staff have always been kind and friendly. I love that everyone is so positive and friendly! I have been going to offlondon for 3 years now and I have never had a negative experience. It’s a bit on the expensive side but you pay for what you get! Great hair and friendly service!

I get my haircut by Nat and she is absolutely amazing when it comes to men's haircuts. She is lovely to talk to and also really good at what she does. I would recommend Nat to anyone out there looking to get a great haircut!

Long time customer, always happy with the service, but the emails and now text messages after every service asking for a survey and review are very annoying, especially because I’ve already done the survey and had previously before the text started already given a 5/5 on google. Please give an option to opt out - I swear Ive opted out of these surveys before but I keep getting them. Thanks.

Another great hairdo done by Claudia! The staff at Off London are very knowledgeable about grey blending as have had several stylists over the last few years. Worth paying a bit extra for a satisfying result and an honest opinion.

Off London is always so fun to visit- feels like a house party, hair always looks amazing and the team provide great tailored professional advice. I always look forward to my appointment! I see Natalie and she is great.
