Hey treasures, Love the Salon, Love the people, I have been a long time customer for 12 years! However the last 2 colours I have come in for have been so disappointing, resulting in me having to strip back the colour twice! What has happened to leaving the store with the same colour you came in with? Perhaps some more expert consulting about colour will save this disappointment and treatment of hair in the future. Really let down this time :(

Hair still lifeless. Massage chair wasn't doing anything during treatment. Head got burned during blow dry. Was forgotten about while colour was on. No itemized bill to tell if discount was applied. Salon seemed louder than normal. The sink a few down was leaking and the basin I was being served at kept tilting. Stylist and assistants were friendly so no complaint at all about the friendliness.

I love the way that the OffLondon staff cut and colour my hair, but I am constantly frustrated by how long it takes. It is not uncommon for me to wait up to half an hour before the colour and cut even starts. On my last visit, the airconditioning was not working. I was told that this has been an issue for awhile. I would like to have been informed about that when I made the booking. I would not have booked on a hot Friday afternoon if I had known that the airconditioning was not working.

I wouldn’t normally review or ever leave feedback really. The girl who did my hair was lovely and the salon was nice. I would say my hair looks almost exactly the same In colour. The cut is ok, the blowdry style is very average. I was also kind of made to feel like my hair was taking too long with comments from other staff members. I booked a colour and cut for long hair. Overall I think what I paid is a little outrageous. Happy if someone wants to contact me, but I don’t need you to.

Two visits to Off London disappointed each time, no doubt talented people but they are easily distracted and just dont listen!!!! At least that was my experience. The first time I was disappointed with the colour, offered coffee 3 times which did not arrive within an hour eventually had to ask. Second visit came in armed with a picture for cut and colour disappointed with both colour nothing like in the picture infact radically different. Best advice I can give is to really listen to your clients.
