Obsessed. Maria texted me immediately after I submitted my inquiry and got me in last-minute for my birthday weekend—already a win. The whole experience was seamless: they actually listened, walked through inspo photos with me, answered all my questions, and made everything easy. Customer service and vibe? 10/10. Living in Miami, I've been floored by how expensive highlights are here. Places near Brickell were quoting $550+ for partials—more than I've ever paid in NYC or LA. I told Trini my max was $350, and they worked with me. No upselling on treatments or toners, no nickel-and-diming, no guilt trip. They also worked fast and let me leave with wet hair since I was on a time crunch. My hair turned out bright, beautiful, exactly what I wanted. This is my new go-to salon in Miami, and I'm already planning to try their nails next.

Hi! I had a terrible first experience with a 'new' technician and I had just moved to MIA so it was ARGH. The tech applied the rubber base so "thick and lumpy" that it was terrible looking! :-O. I shared this with management and they quickly invited me back for a do-over of my mani (not pedi) by a top professional, Olga. She did an incredible job on my Russian mani, easily lasted 4 weeks. I just revisited for my 2nd appt yesterday with Olga and she did a beautiful,fabulous & professional job on both my mani-pedi. I will be going back to see Olga every 4-5 weeks. I understand the tech that did my previous screw up manicure is no longer at the salon so you don't need to worry that you might get her. ;-)
