Loved the haircut but I bought a hair product for $29. I went out to my car and looked that product up online and found it for $13. I went back into the store to return it and they wouldn’t give me a credit back on my credit card. I had to take a store credit. I disagree with that practice. The comment made to me was” don’t give the proceeds of this product to amazon , give it to our store”. I’d rather keep it in my own pocket. There was little effort to please me and I had no choice but to take the store credit.

I am always treated well by everyone there, not just Lori, my stylist. My shampoo, by Star was relaxing and the receptionist is so kind and sweet!
