I do not like to be pushed to buy services or products from you. In several occasions I have requested a level 1 service, you say it is on, then when it is my turn you find an excuse to say that level 1 are not available. I hate that!

Good afternoon, I would like to express a concern regarding the last couple of visits at Trini Salon, first, I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and have never request anything from Trini before but I don't feel comfortable and wanted to feel great every time I walk in at Trini. Secondly, I feel that if last Thursday I spent $270.00 which is a little expensive, I am expecting that my hair stylist Alex take care of me from the beginning to the end. I do not want any body else but Alex to do my hair during my visit. If this is something that it can be done, I will continue to be your client. Hi! I had a terrible first experience with a 'new' technician and I had just moved to MIA so it was ARGH. The tech applied the rubber base so "thick and lumpy" that it was terrible looking! :-O. I shared this with management and they quickly invited me back for a do-over of my mani (not pedi) by a top professional, Olga. She did an incredible job on my Russian mani, easily lasted 4 weeks. I just revisited for my 2nd appt yesterday with Olga and she did a beautiful,fabulous & professional job on both my mani-pedi. I will be going back to see Olga every 4-5 weeks. I understand the tech that did my previous screw up manicure is no longer at the salon so you don't need to worry that you might get her. ;-)

I had Elizabeth and she did an amazing job and was super kind! Would recommend her to anyone going to Trini.
