They have a $25 wash and blow dry special on Tuesday. I thought this would be a good opportunity to try them out. The stylist said my hair was dry and would add some moisture but did not mention an additional charge. When I went to pay, the total came to $50. It felt like a bait and switch operation. I will not go back. I left a tip of $10 which was stupid. I shouldn’t have tipped at all. I expressed my dismay but no offer to remedy the situation. I guess they don’t care about repeat business. She also blew hot air in my face with the blow dryer and I felt like my scalp was burning from the heat. It was a very disappointing experience and I told them I would not be back. They didn’t seem to care!

Trini, what can I say: Finally I found the best hairdresser in town. Alfter so many years in Miami. 25 years I can 👏🏼🍾you all, for the good survice,fantastic professional hair stylist always and wonderful management. Always inviting us for an warm green tea 🍵 to relax, chocolate 🍫 and water to finalize. But this is not all. After you pay your stylist give you a nice white flower that last you for few weeks. Amazing treat. Thank you 🙏🏽 all. Merci beaucoup ☺️ Ambiento

I do not like to be pushed to buy services or products from you. In several occasions I have requested a level 1 service, you say it is on, then when it is my turn you find an excuse to say that level 1 are not available. I hate that!

I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes after that time. The manicurist spoke no English and I had a difficult time communicating with her. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a mani pedi, so I was there for almost 3 hours, which made me late for an important meeting. They didn’t have my nail color. But they did give me 10% off a service that usually costs 1/2 as much in other large cities.
