I booked a complete restyle with a Male stylist - but didn’t get this. The owner is super friendly but unfortunately the lady who serviced me was not. A few things to highlight : - my booking request was ignored - when seated, she was immediately start cutting using a razor without asking what I want - I needed to ask a few times to get it slightly shorter on the side but it was still ignored - not a single question on how I want it or what I am looking for - the washing was harsh and short - I asked to get it washed after cutting again, which was just a very quick (15 sec) rinse with cold water - the mirror showing was just a very fast “that’s it “ I paid $50 and I am not happy. Sorry - but I won’t come back.

Had another great experience at Underground Hair. Their entire staff is very welcoming. Moreover the overall service experience and professional advice that Valdir(my hairdresser) provides is a true value for money. Will surely visit again.

This is my second time going there. The first time I loved how my hair turned out . This time when I went , it wasn’t the same person who did my hair as she was not working on that day. I wanted to do keratin but they ended up doing something that I didn’t ask for called peptin, this doesn’t last for around a month. When I asked her to explain why and what they have done , they were very mean and didn’t answer properly. This would be the last time I ever go to them . Hated them .

I booked online for a service as a treat during my recent holiday in Adelaide. Leaving the salon made me wish I lived locally and I can offer no higher recommendation even though it was a quick visit. Thanks guys xxx
