I have taken my son to Cookie Cutters Jupiter since it opened. We always make an appointment online and rarely ever have to wait until yesterday. The appointment was scheduled for 3:45pm and his haircut didn't begin until 4:20pm which was frustrating and the whole reason behind making an appointment. Also, our account reward points are still messed up as it is showing a balance of 35 points when we should have many more.

So glade that we drive from PSL to Jupiter a 35 min. Drive for my 5yr olds first hair cut. It was well worth the drive for the experience that she had.

We were so nervous to cut off Dylan’s curls, but it was time and we made the right decision to let the stylist use her best judgement and cut it however she thought would be best. I was so emotional, but we absolutely love it. This was our second time at Cookie Cutters for him, and we will never go anywhere else. He loves going there and playing in the play area and he loves the truck chairs. I love that they have any option you could possibly think of to put on the TV for the kids too. Great experience once again. Thank you!

Hairstylist Alyssa was absolutely wonderful. She handled my three year old with patience and kindness. Previous haircuts had been a disaster, however, Alyssa made the experience so easy quick and professional. My three year old was happy and looked great, it was an amazing haircut, and that is why I will be returning to Cookie Cutters and requesting Alyssa. The environment was also very child friendly. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!!
