Unfortunately, Zander has a bald spot over his left ear from the clippers. I was asked to hold him still after the mistake. I just wish I could have been asked before she trimmed around his ears. Zander sat still and let her do what was needed. Very disappointed with his cut... We love this concept, but probably won’t return. The ladies were all nice and they all had tremendous patience with the kids, but this is a pretty Big misshape. My poor 5 year old has to sport a bald spot .

We brought a photo from the internet and Nicole duplicates it perfectly! I highly recommend herb. She has patience AND skill!

I was very excited about the online booking feature bc it is often hard for me to call (terrible phone service at my house and I have five noisy kids!). However, the first time that I tried, it allowed me to schedule on a Monday but when we arrived, the store was closed. It may sound ridiculous, but I then had three crying toddlers on my hands bc they love going to Cookie Cutters! I did receive an email offering me $5 off a haircut the next time I came in. I attempted to use the online booking feature again and was not able to schedule a haircut for any day other then 11/22/18. However, that is Thanksgiving and you are obviously closed. I ended up driving over with my 3 toddlers, unloading them and going inside to find that it was extremely busy with walk-ins. I then had to schedule my appts for later in the day, reload my kids in the car, leave and then come back later for our appts. I completely understand that they were very busy before the Thanksgiving holiday so I didn't mind having to come back. However, if you are going to offer Online Booking, it would be great if it would work correctly and not allow appts to be scheduled on days that you are closed.

The stylist cut my daughter's hair lopsided. I had to ask her to look at her again to make sure it was straight. She fixed it, but I think her schedule and tardiness made her overlook and rush the haircut. I understand that she needs to pick up her daughter from daycare, but it was unprofessional and caused her to mess up her haircut.
