We asked for top of shoulder length, and it ended up at her earlobes. Julia had to come and basically save her hair from going any shorter, it was fixed, but still shorter than I ever would have wanted it.

The girl who cut my son's hair didn't speak to my son the whole time or give him instructions. The only time she spoke to him was after she cut his ear and it was to say "you're ok". My son is 4 and he's usually pretty good but if he moves or is scared I expect a place that cuts little kids hair to show some proffession.

Her stylist was super nice, but it was very rushed and she hardly took time with her hair. It is very choppy, and uneven in the back. We come here all the time and are always happy with the outcome, but this time was super disappointing.

Miss our old hair stylist. This one did not do a great job on the hair She tried. She had to keep leaving to run business ( not enough help in salon) Worst experience since we have been going. Are they under different management?

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. I brought my young toddler who is afraid of electric clippers. I insisted that he would cooperate best if his hair was cut with scissors only. Both ladies for both of the two haircuts pushed back incessantly and said that they wanted to cut my baby’s hair with electric clippers. They both reasoned that it would be faster for them (which is selfish to prioritize time over a baby’s fears). My baby cried and screamed the whole time except for the few times when these ladies used scissors. I’m angry that these ladies presumed to know my baby better than I know him. I’m angry that they coerced me into letting them use electric clippers. I’m also angry that one of the ladies wasn’t careful and cut my baby’s ear (which made his experience even more awful). I will NEVER come back to this terrible salon. If anyone asks me about my experience, I will tell them to steer clear of Cookie Cutters and go to an unselfish salon that actually cares about children. Be a kid’s salon or be nothing.
