Bonita cut my son’s hair. She was very kind and accommodating of my son’s apprehension to getting his hair cut. She asked me how I would like it cut and I explained “short on the sides and long on the top.” As my son was on my lap and I had trouble seeing how his cut looked, it was not until after she was done that I realized he his cut was a smidge longer than a buzz cut all over. Not what we were looking for but nothing I could do once it was cut. She is the first that did cut and then ask if it was short enough or if it should be shorter.

Overall, experience was fine. However, while the stylist was about to put conditioner in my daughter's hair the hair sprayer turned on and sprayed my daughter all over. Her face was dripping with water and backed was soaked. The hair stylist did not ask if she was okay or offer to clean her up, but continued to tell her to hurry up and lay back so she could put the conditioner in her hair. It wasn't until I asked for a towel to dry her off that she even used one. My daughter is a very outgoing 3 year old who doesn't get stressed by much but for the rest of the night she talked about the situation. Remember you are working with children and sometimes need to stop for a few minutes and not worry about time.

I’m unfortunately very disappointed. My sons hair looks horrible. I could of done this hair cut at home. His appointment was the November 19 at 1:30pm. My husband asked for short hair and she didn’t do that in the slightest. His face looks boxed in by his hair. I just honestly don’t feel like it was worth the money and drive for his hair to look the way it does. My husband said the stylist advices him not to go shorter in the front but we specifically wanted it shorter in the front. We drive about 30 mins to this location because we enjoy the service that’s provided normally.

Haircut was choppy and did not look faded as requested. I am planning to bring my son back again today to have it cleaned up.

Was a little disappointed by quality of service this time. In the past we have always had great experiences here but today, felt like we were more of a burden and was annoyed with my son. He doesn’t like to sit still but he’s gotten better since we’ve started coming here, but the stylist made me feel like he was annoying her. May have just been a bad day for her, but didn’t make me or my son feel as welcome.
