There was a trainee working during my son’s haircut. She ended up cutting my son’s hair and it was terrible. There were other people who came in, had their hair cut and paid, before we were done. Another hairdresser had to come in and redo the haircut. We were there for nearly 45 minutes. It ultimately ended up okay, but much shorter then we were hoping for. We were disappointed in the experience.

We had a fantastic experience with our 12 month old boy’s first haircut! Krystal was very professional and did a great job! We made very good memories and will be certain to use Cookie Cutters again. Honestly have nothing bad to say at all.it was easy to make the appointment with your app, our info was up and ready to go as soon as it was our appointment time, and everything went well.
