I have brought my son into cookie cutters sseveral times and been happy. This last time the haircut looks absolutely awful. I couldnt quite tell at the salon with his hair wet but when it dried its terrible. So thats disappointing. Norma was very friendly and sweet to my son but we went for a haircut and it looks really bad. Very choppy and uneven.

Appointment time was scheduled for 1:15 pm. Didnt get sat in a sear until around 1:30 pm. Besides the wait time, we loved the experience. The hairstylist was very kind and efficient with my son's hair.
