Katie was great with both of my twins! One cried and struggled in the beginning but Katie calmed him while continuing to cut his hair. She is great with younger kids (20months). We would definitely see her again!

We LOVE Cookie cutters so much we drive from Hoffman Estates,since we moved out of the area. All the employees make you feel like one of the family. We will always be back.

Stylist Sandi was rather crabby and rushed. While I understand that the haircut I showed her may not work, the cut she gave was not at all what we asked for.

We came for our son's first haircut. I really liked the atmosphere and behavior of the master. It's great that such a place exists! we visited a hair salon in Algonquin.

Our barber Jeanette (apologies for the misspelling) was awesome and she did an absolute spectacular job. She was friendly and very communicative. Knew exactly what she was doing and proves it with our son’s haircut. We will most defintely be coming back.
