The sign for the salon said they close at 7 on Wednesdays and that they accept walkins. Our appointment was at 5:30 and all they did was talk about going home. For $30+ dollars for my daughters haircut I expected the stylists to be more professional.

Was very upset that the location had “no mask no service” signs and no indication was given when I made the appointment.

The sign on your door says face masks recommended. However as soon as I walked in a woman came from the back to tell me to put on a mask and stood there until I did even though I reminded her the door says recommended . In Texas face masks are not required and if a business requires them you should let your guests know so they can choose which business to frequent. If we didn’t have photos this afternoon I would have chosen to leave. At this point people who want to wear a mask should definitely wear one but those of that know our own health situations should have a choice. Abbey was wonderful and we hope that we can return to visit her in the future.

If you have an appointment it should be honored. We had an appointment (with any stylist) and others with appointments later than ours were taken first. We even arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment. It is unfortunate as we normally have a good experience.
