Took my daughter in to get a haircut and once the lady was done she asked how it looked. My daughters hair was cut crooked longer on one side than the other so I pointed it out to her and she tried to tell me it was fine as she proceeded to trim. She had to fix it two times. Was thinking of taking my son in but I won’t be going again.

Totally unhappy with the hair cut and felt completely rushed as they were busy but felt like we weren't treated with the same respect others got and the hair dresser seemed annoyed that my one year old was crying because another boy was screaming bloody murder.My 1 year old has had 5 to 6 cuts from cookie cutters and this was the worst experience.

Wasn’t a welcoming environment today and we waited about 15 minutes with an appointment.

Made an appointment for 10:15, waited over 30 mins because someone else booked the wrong stylist. That’s not my fault and we shouldn’t have had to wait so long. Our stylist is great but management should have told the people who booked wrong to rebook or wait.

When I visited the Cookie Cutters on January 8th, I didn't get the best service possible. The hairstylist Jessica seemed very rushed and not very gentle with my son. I understand it's important for him to sit still, but he is only 2 years old. By the end of the cut she seemed a bit frustrated. I had to ask to style his cut after, where previously it was always done. In the past I have worked with Yuliana and so far she has done the best job providing great customer service by making us feel comfortable and being very gentle.
