I went in to have my child’s hair cut under her shoulder. I was monitoring the hair cut and received a call so went to the seating area, probably best because they’re so many people in there. when I went back to check, her hair was over her shoulder. The back of her hair is totally uneven and looked horrible honestly. I was upset, but decided to hold my emotions in because I didn’t want my daughter to react negatively towards her hair, since we couldn’t do anything about it at that point. I didn’t say anything to the hairdresser or whoever was in charge because I was done being there for so long and didn’t want my daughter going back to school thinking something was wrong with her hair.. She was kind enough to try to fix the uneven back but then said she moved too much. She tried to give me advice on her type of hair but honestly the damage was done. I did leave a tip considering she tried to fix the uneven back , plus the amount of time she took and reading how people are struggling during these times but not once did she apologize for going way shorter or even mention. The back Of her is so uneven you could completely tell, just looks chopped up. Will never go back again, literally! Luckily it’s hair and it will grow back, that’s exactly what I had to tell my daughter
