We won't be back after today. For the 2nd time in three months our stylist was running upwards of 30 minutes behind. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and she didn't even acknowledge or tell me she was running behind by two clients. Last time it was 3. The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. This salon has failed to communicate with their clients when their stylists are running behind ans act as if the customers have all the time in world. I asked for a courtesy call last time when she was running behind. Today she flat out ignored us knowing she was running behind. It was until I asked at 10 minutes after our appointment time what was going on. I asked another stylists behind the register how far behind she was and why they don't call. She said "that's what happens if you have a preferred stylist" well duh. I don't change my own stylist so would I do so when my own child. If she is my preferred choice or NOT a courtesy call is appropriate if someone is running behind or having her simply come up to me to let me know would have appropriate. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied. We will not be back after this and we have been coming since my sons 1st haircut at 1 years old...he is now 6. The turnover of stylists is also challenging. Sad to leave but this salon does not value me as a customer so I can happily take my business elsewhere. Hopefully you use this a learning lesson and communicate the importance of customer service because if I treated my clients this way I wouldn't have a job.
