I will not be returning to this salon. I have been taking my child here since his 1st haircut back in at 20:18. During our visit today, our stylist was clearly sick. On top of that my son cut open 2 of his fingers on the sterring wheel of the airplane chair. I had to ask for her to go get a first aid kit for him. Very disappointed.

No customer service at all. Talking nice with other customers except us. I’m not complaining I’m just telling the truth. It’s like I’m begging to get haircut.

They did a horrible job ! They completely messed up my sons hair . He didn’t blend anything and made him look horrible . I will never be returning and I will never refer anyone ever again . You guys did a horrible job . This is the 3rd time his hair is messed up by one of your employees. I have given you guys an opportunity and will never return again.

I am extremely upset. The stylist did not list to what I wanted for my sons hair cut at all. She cut all of my sons curls off the top of his head when I stated twice to not cut any hair from the top. She ruined my sons hair and all of our family pictures for the holidays. I will never come back to cookie cutters. This was the worst experience I have ever had for my sons hair cut.
