I’m mom. I sent my daughter here with my husband and this is how she came home. We went here previously and it went really well. The staff was pleasant according to my husband and my daughter enjoyed her experience. However, who in the F cuts a toddlers hair like this? I wanted exactly what they did last time.. short hair around her collarbone. Relatively simple cut. We describe it as a pixie or bob. Between my husband not explaining it well and the hair dresser just I don’t even know… this is how they arrived home to me. This is the ugliest hair cut on anyone. Aside from that it looks like either an old ladies hair cut or something from the 70’s. Either way it’s disturbing. I’ve showed the picture to like 200 people on Instagram and I’ve had about 30 people message me agreeing that this is horrendous and several people saying they thought it was a wig. I am laughing about it now and we will be laughing about this for years to come. I am only leaving a review because I received an email asking for one. Otherwise I wouldn’t be because I’m not going back and I don’t really care to talk with any staff. But they should probably know how terrible this cut is. Please never cut a child’s hair like this again. I mean it’s distributing on a number of levels.

My daughter had sideswept bangs, I asked for a small trim and her bangs were cut across with no blending or anything. Just straight across. They look terrible, are too short and not the style bangs she had before. I also specifically booked Claudia for my son because she does great with him but was given someone else despite specifically booking her.

Lupe is extremely rude. Even though we had made an appointment she was off-put that we would not make our toddler wait 45 minutes for her to fit us in. Consistently tells me I misspelled my child's name in the appointment, though I've tried to explain to her that he has a unique name and yes it is correctly spelled yet she insists on calling him a different name because of the perceived error even after explanations. We are definitely not a valued customer and will seek out other services for future needs.

I just left like I was trying to and committed what I wanted in a kind way and I didn’t want to over step at all. But I felt like when I was explaining how my son cut his own hair and wanted it to flow back how it was. I’m not a hair dresser and I don’t want to come off as ignorant, but I felt like the hair cut was okay. I don’t know, I’m okay with the haircut because my son likes it and is okay with it. Before when I came here, I had great experience and I personally wanted Jackie but she is booked up and I felt like everyone take care of the kids in kind way. Just today, I’m not sure about this hair cut but my son likes it and that’s what matters.

I’ve been taking my son here for some time now and it’s like they’re always getting different people. So it sucks because everyone cuts different and not everyone knows how to cut the way I like. The person who cut my sons hair today did well with the cut but did not how to do a line up and I just wish she would’ve told me she didn’t know how to do a line ho rather than trying and messing up his whole haircut.
