The asian lady who cut my sons hair had 0 knowledge on how to cut my sons hair she kept blaming it on my sons hair color ( I have never heard of a hair color being an issue to cut hair ) something so basic she couldn't do it, she offered to fix it but she kept squeezing my sons head and he kept complaining his head hurted every time she would hold his head. and she left a chunk of hair on his neck . haircut looked very sloppy

I booked with a specific stylist and was given someone else. Worst haircut he has ever gotten. Had a reference picture. Looked nothing like it.

The lady who checked us in seemed flustered and unwelcoming. Claudia dis a great job with my son and she is the reason I'd go back. It would have been nice to have a warm greeting from the person checking us in.

I have been here several times and have had a variety of results. I did a walk in, which I usually do. The store was empty. I requested for Jackie but the lady told me I wouldn't be able to because she had an appointment. Understandable, however a family came in as a walk in as well and Jackie cut the child's hair and was finished. I like going with Jackie as she is quick, precise and knows how to do a fade comb over. Today the lady messed up sons hard line and gave him a bowl cut. I know you can return to get the hair cut fixed but its impossible to put back hair.

Unfortunately I had to go back the same day to ask for a clean up of my 3 year old's cut. The first stylist was very quick and the cut was very uneven. It was almost like an undercut! Luckily I decided to go back and a more experienced stylist (Lupe) helped fixed it. The cut was shorter than I wanted after the necessary 2nd cut, but it looked much better. I love the location - it's cute and clean, and they give kids a balloon and a lollipop. But I would recommend asking for a more experience stylist when you book.

I took my child in to get her hair cut by Jackie. We’ve scheduled with her before and like her. While I was there, my child’s haircut was interrupted mid-way for 10 mins while Jackie had to double as the front desk. If just so happens that an unhappy customer came in and she had to resolve their scheduling issue (they came to the wrong location). She was doing two jobs and honestly, although she held herself together very well, it felt ridiculous to watch her have to play the role of front desk in the middle of doing her actual job. You guys really need to just have someone at the front desk.
