I asked to have my baby hair little longer at the top, no time to even stop the hair stylist. Was baby 1st haircut disappointed.

I came here for my sons first haircut and David did amazing!! Came here again and a girl did my sons haircut and completely butchered it. Very uneven and I even asked for it to be evened out. I highly recommend David and will be making an appointment with him for next time.

Typically we have been happy with experiences there. Sadly the last two haircuts after Maria left haven’t been the greatest. Today my fiancé took our 4 year old, they had an almost 20 minute wait after our appointment time which is fine it was busy but Lexie wasn’t the one who cut his hair a guy was. The hair cut is awful. It’s uneven and the top is really uneven and choppy. The top is super long in the front and a “4” in the back. It’s awful. I sent specific 4 on the top with clippers or scissors on the top and 1/2 on the side faded and a hard part. The top of the back of his head is definitely a 4 faded into over an inch in the front. There’s no part it’s not faded. It’s awful. We were taking family engagement photos tomorrow and now I have to reschedule and wait for his hair to grow out. This is the first time I have been this unsatisfied with his haircut.

Always had a great experience here with my son and Always left his hair as good as possible. Today was not as good as other days the hairstylist did not have a lot of patient with my son with a special need.

When I visited the Cookie Cutters on January 8th, I didn't get the best service possible. The hairstylist Jessica seemed very rushed and not very gentle with my son. I understand it's important for him to sit still, but he is only 2 years old. By the end of the cut she seemed a bit frustrated. I had to ask to style his cut after, where previously it was always done. In the past I have worked with Yuliana and so far she has done the best job providing great customer service by making us feel comfortable and being very gentle.

Made an appointment for 10:15, waited over 30 mins because someone else booked the wrong stylist. That’s not my fault and we shouldn’t have had to wait so long. Our stylist is great but management should have told the people who booked wrong to rebook or wait.
