Salon needs to bring up loyalty program before paying! We spend too much to haircuts to not get points twrds program. Loyalty program app was down and I didn't get my points.

I had a great experience before this time not so much. My son is on the spectrum and I chose this hair place for that reason. But my sons ear was cut and I had to ask the stylist for antiseptic because my son kept bleeding. I like the ladies who cut his hair before. But I do like the environment

Since the new administration took over the AC it's always off and the hair stylist are overbooked, we love the hair dressers here but administrator's needs to stop the slavery work conditions!

David did a good job with my little ones haircut, a kid was screaming bloody murder next to us and it was busy but he did not let seem rushed or phased by the chaos. Instead he was focused and gave us all the attention during the haircut, which helped my little one feed off those vibes, truly appreciate it! Thanks

I did not have a terrible experience. His hairstylist was nice and friendly. I changed my mind when we got home. I decided I wanted his hair to be shorter. I apologize if his stylist was hurt or offended.

Took my son this evening for a haircut. The service was good but thought it was kind of pricey for a 5 year old. I use to take my son to a barber shop where they shampooed conditioned cut and did designs for $20 ($25 with tip). I think $14 would be more appropriate for the service provided, or charge the price you ask for but have the tip included.
