I'm a first time mom dealing with little boy hair... i don't know anything about it. I get frazzled when asked how i want his hair done or how he'll react to scissors vs clippers. I guess it would be helpful if the stylists could help me make those decisions better. This appointment didn't go as well as the first one, because he hated the clippers this time and i regret not asking to switch to scissors :/ I

everything is good, but it is expensive for kids

I really liked the cut, but when we came home I noticed on one side it was longer than I wanted for my son. Is there a way to get that fixed without having to pay the full price again?

Baby’s haircut didn’t turn out as expected. Looks unfinished but didn’t notice the flaws til we came home so we’re a little disappointed this time. We had a great experience the first time though with a different stylist

My son received a haircut from Marita. She did an excellent job and was so kind and patient. It's clear the salon is understaffed. Management should take steps to ensure adequate staffing and a better work environment for staff so they can provide a great environment for their customers.

We love Dannie! They've become like an extended member of our family and my kids are excited to see them. We always have a longer wait than planned, but they try to get to us as soon as possible. The kids love the balloons and the lollipop, but a bit more of a play area would be great while we wait.
