My son has always enjoyed cookie cutters, the environment is great for kids, everyone is friendly and his haircuts have always come out good. However, we ALWAYS used to book with Bianca and unfortunately I'm not sure if she works here anymore. My son is HEARTBROKEN and I was equally disappointed. The woman who cut his hair today did an okay job, however she wasn't as patient with him as Bianca always was. My son does AWESOME during his haircuts: he doesn't cry, he sits, doesn't freak out, etc. But at the end of the day...he is only two years old. He's going to move every now and then and Bianca was always good about just moving with him and working around his two year old personality. The woman today was constantly telling him to sit still, look straight, look up, don't move, etc. I get that it's hard to cut someones hair when they're moving, BUT YOU WORK AT A CHILDREN'S HAIR SALON. Genuine patience is a must. I have a prepaid haircut card, so I'm going to use up the remaining 4 cuts (since they're already paid for). But honestly, I don't know if I'll be back after that. Losing Bianca was a HUGE loss for this location and I hope they know that.

We’ve been going to Jackie for about a year now. She’s amazing! She does a great job every time and knows exactly what we want.

Dannie was very kind and patient with our son, who was not loving getting his hair cut. She did a great job

We love Dannie! They have been so gentle and attentive for all of our haircuts. My son loves the lollipos and balloons he gets!

The salon was clean. I was slightly annoyed that our appointment was late because the previous client was nit picking the stylist as she cutting. My kids are 4 and 5 and keeping them busy While waiting is tough The salon and stylist met my expectations. My son is usually very hesitant and doesn’t like a clipper cut but the stylist made him very comfortable. His hair can be difficult to cut and she managed it very well. The fades aren’t perfect but it’s a kids cut. I’m not expecting a masterpiece.

Pretty pleased with his first haircut overall. It wasnt the best haircut but then again he didnt actually stay to still so she did the best she could.
