The haircut was not great. The taper’s blend was choppy, BUT my son is difficult and she was so great with him. I’ll take that over a great haircut; he doesn’t care what his hair looks like, he cares that he’s treated kindly.

We asked for a fo hawk. My son got what looked more like a flattop instead. He seemed to like the haircut anyway.

Poor little Andrew was probably the worst client of the day and yet the level of customer service was exceptional. The sweet lady who was cutting his hair seriously tried everything to get him to stop screaming and to sit still. She was very patient and attentive to our needs- We could not ask for anything more. The receptionist was also super helpful, patient, and kind. This was Andrew's second visit and we plan on returning again, hopefully he will not be so terrified and troublesome.

Clean. Although the appointment ran 30 min behind the stylist were sweet & professional. The Stylist did a great job on my grandson. Keeping a 2 & a half year old busy for 30 mins was ridiculous. The Stylist were too busy cutting, cleaning, cashiering & answering calls. Although very personable with every client, I would pay $30 a cut to pay for someone to support the Stylist. I don’t know how the girls do it with a smile on their face. I was so mad by the time my grandson was in the chair that I could not contain myself & had to complain. They both patiently listened & did not cut me off while I was venting. You are so lucky to have such professional Stylists. I will go back again because of those 2 girls. PLEASE GET THEM HELP!!!

We arrived on-time and checked in, but somehow our appointment got deleted so we waited 20 minutes. Once I brought the wait to their attention, they got her seated right away.

David did a really great job! You can tell he is experienced. However, the stylist that cut my other sons hair, did not do so well. Great, friendly guy but he definately needs some coaching/more experience. Its disappointing to pay $20+ for a haircut and not be satisifed. It was so bad. I will still come here though!
