I appreciated that our stylist consistently sought Henry's input about his hair and checked with him at every stage of the haircut. He has generally been fearful during haircuts, but he was much more relaxed with this stylist than he has been with past stylists. They were great!

Great experience with Dannie. She is really thoughtful with our daughter, talking with her, explaining her everything. Our daughters has a little of stranger anxiety but with her she is always comfortable.

maybe if you were to give alittle time for the parent to exactly descibe what they want done to the client on the chair. besides that i loved the energy and comfort the barbers gave to the child and the parent. they were patient and quick yet efficient with the hair cut.

Our stylist, Dolores, was AMAZING! She was so friendly, quick, made our son giggle and laugh, was personable and gave our big a great haircut. She was great! The only thing that was a bummer was the play structure still being blocked off for Covid.

We arrived at our appointment 10 minutes early. I had booked the appointment with Claudia nearly two weeks ago, only to find out upon arrival she was not working. There were three girls working super hard with their own appointments. The best they could do was get my son in between the other appointments. It would have been nice to have been notified of this before hand. Waiting an extra 20 min with a toddler is hard!! After a long wait in a very crowded space it was finally our turn. We had Alondra, in the end she was worth the wait. She did an excellent job!! My only suggestion would be to add seating we had to stand. Also to notify ahead of time if there is a no show of staff with appointments. I know right now it’s so hard to find employees but there needs to be a cashier/receptionist. The girls cutting hair are having to do multiple jobs at once and they are frazzled, and rightfully so!
