First, Claudia didn’t even offer to turn on the TV which is part of the service we pay for having a kids haircut. When I said something she only turned it on and continued chatting with her colleague in her language. It was a baby show. My kid doesn’t watch that. Ask the kid what they want to watch first and see they are comfortable. The main complaint is the cut which looked nothing like what I showed her in the photo of how I wanted it to look (see attached pic). His fade went all the way up. Barely any hair left to be able to lift and style up. My son has big ears and his hair needs to be lower to complement that. Worst haircut ever. She didn’t charge which was a smart idea.

We have been coming here for two years. The wait times get longer and longer even though we make appointments. After leaving a work meeting early to get my child to the salon on time for our 5:00pm appointment, we had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by a stylist. For bangs. Families who had reservations at later times were seen before us and left before we were even with a stylist. No one communicated they were behind schedule. No one apologized or offered any type of recompense for the waisted time. When stylists were free, they did not offer to take us for the bang cut even though we had been waiting beyond closing time. Completely unprofessional. We will not be returning.

I am extremely unhappy with my sons haircut. It was very uneven and and my son was given straight, extremely short across bangs, when that wasn’t what was discussed. We had to go to another salon to have the mess fixed. I’m really upset about the entire experience and how the stylist really thought that it was a good cut.

We arrived before our appointment at 2:15 wasn't seen till 2:30. Another person came in 2 minutes before 2:15 and they took her child right back with a 2:15 appointment.
