Won't be coming here again. Booked an appointment online and arrived on time. Five minutes after the appt time, they told me I would have to wait for another haircut first. Online it shows specific people you can book with, but then they just go with whoever is free. Told me to put my 1 year-old in the only chair without any sides/rails and when I asked for a safer chair she said, "You just stand next to him." Told them what I wanted but they completely ignored it and gave the same horrible cut they must give to everyone. I would've done it myself if I'd known they just take scissors and cut straight across. Looks so cheap and stupid. On our way out another little boy arrived who was very active and overheard the one staff mutter "oh no" to the other. Just cut it yourself instead of coming here - it'll turn out better.

First, Claudia didn’t even offer to turn on the TV which is part of the service we pay for having a kids haircut. When I said something she only turned it on and continued chatting with her colleague in her language. It was a baby show. My kid doesn’t watch that. Ask the kid what they want to watch first and see they are comfortable. The main complaint is the cut which looked nothing like what I showed her in the photo of how I wanted it to look (see attached pic). His fade went all the way up. Barely any hair left to be able to lift and style up. My son has big ears and his hair needs to be lower to complement that. Worst haircut ever. She didn’t charge which was a smart idea.

I am extremely unhappy with my sons haircut. It was very uneven and and my son was given straight, extremely short across bangs, when that wasn’t what was discussed. We had to go to another salon to have the mess fixed. I’m really upset about the entire experience and how the stylist really thought that it was a good cut.

Environment was awkwardly tense and our stylist, Bianca, was extremely cold. She mentioned she had only slept two hours the night prior and you could tell. She wasn’t welcoming and seemed irritable. She didn’t try to warm up to my daughter before approaching her and instead barked at her to watch tv or “not get loud with her”. This was my daughter’s first hair cut and I had much higher expectations. Unfortunately they weren’t met. She trimmed the back of her hair maybe three times with a pair of scissors and walked away. The “first cut package” comes with a photo, certificate, and locker of hair. She had me take the photo while she tried not to fall asleep at the front desk. Her coworker next to her asked her if she was ok. For all of this, I paid $25. This is definitely something I could have done at home without any hair cutting experience. I would have gladly paid $25 for a great experience for my daughter to remember, but not for what we just experienced. We’re walking away with feelings of wasted time and wasted money. We will be leaving a public review and won’t be returning to this business.
