This is the first and last place that I have chosen for my kids. I always go there. My son‘s hairdresser is Claudia. She is one of the best. The whole staff is so good so welcoming I never have had any issue. All the staff members make kids so comfortable and I like the seats they have with different different cars, kids gets to choose seat if options available. so professional thank you so much guys I really appreciate you all.

We enjoy going to Cookie Cutters but we had a frustrating experience with your app today. It wouldn’t let me book my second child. When I tried to call the salon no one picked up the phone and the mailbox was full. Ultimately I had success booking on your website but I had to cancel the time I wanted and go late in the day. Just a heads up for you. As I said we always like cookie cutters but the app sucks!

Great kid friendly environment. My toddler was nervous but we arrived early and she had time to settle down since our stylist was running a little behind. The balloon, lollipop, sitting in a chair and watching TV were all great and kept my daughter entertained! I love how her cut turned out and we will definitely return.
