I had an appointment at 2pm, I showed up at 1:55. Someone had an appointment at 2:15 and was seen before me. My son didn't get his hair cut until 2:35. I sat and the entire time Maria was cutting a child's hair, it took her my entire wait time. My son got the same exact hair cut and she rushed through it. Literally 15 minutes. And when I asked to cut it shorter she gave me attitude because I told her I've been here several times and have cut it shorter. She said her fingers are bigger then most. Anything I asked to change it was a huge inconvenience.

Haircuts were not bad for both of my kids, just don’t like the waiting time. If I have made an appointment at 1230 and not seen until 24 mins after and was seen after people that came after us. Then I’m irritated. No proper welcome when we entered or no waiting time given. No smile or thank you. I’m told that if I’m 5 mins late my appointment would be rescheduled but if I’m early and not seen 24 min after my appointment time scheduled then it’s okay. Walking in and waiting for that long would have been okay. But making an appointment and waiting doesn’t make sense. If you make someone wait even after they make an appointment please atleast give them a courtesy of taking them first before other people or giving them a waiting time. So they can adjust their schedule accordingly.

Employees should stick to the appointments made online. There is a reason people make appointments, they should honor them. If you make an appointment and show up 5 minutes late you get cancelled. If you show up on time, or early, and they call your name 50 minutes later or make a “mistake” there is no problem for them. My son was scheduled an appointment with one of the employees, somehow his name was changed to another person, and when it my my son’s turn the original employee scheduled for the haircut took someone else in. 1 hour later, and no I’m not exaggerating, we had to leave because they had made a mistake.

I always come here to get my baby's haircut, but unfortunately this visit was upsetting. The hair stylist who helped us (Barber Lupe) , was very impatient, she had an attitude the whole time . She kept pushing my baby's head forcing his head down, she didn't even talk to him to make him feel comfortable ! Mind you he is 1, of course it's normal for him to cry . My experience with the other stylist was amazing, she is nothing like them at all. I never thought I would go through this....

I’ve been going to this place to do my sons hair for the last 2 years and today was a very unpleasant experience after the stylist ruined his hair by giving him the ugliest haircut ever, we specifically asked for a high fade around the head and trim the top with scissors, always have asked for the same hair cut and given the same instructions to different stylists at this location, by the time I realized how far she had cut my sons hair it was too late, there is no way a high fade is marking a line in the middle of his head and chopping his hair all around, there is no way this is right. We have a very important event this weekend and waited to get my son’s hair done days before the event and now it’s ruined. I would like someone to make this right. Keep in mind my sons hair previously didn’t look anything close to the way the stylist left it, I searched a high fade and no where it shows a high fade been a line in the middle of his head and very little hair on top to brush it to the side.
