This location is horribly miss managed. We had to wait an hour for our haircuts, even though we had an appointment. Then the stylist tried to rush through the haircut and hurt my kids head. I would not recommend going here.

I am not sure who cut my sons hair. She was an African American. Super nice, but her clippers were not working and kept pulling my sons hair. We asked for a flat top and she had no clue what to do so in the end we had to buzz it all off. We have been here multiple of times and my son never cries but this time he did and I believe it was from the clippers not working and his hair getting pulled. Unfortunately this time was the last straw and we will not be going back. We were not happy.

My sons hair was gapped and hair line was cut way high I will not be returning she gave my son bangs its his 2nd haircut

This was the worst haircut my son has ever received here. The stylist Maria kept telling my husband sorry she didn’t speak much English. The haircut is awful, completely uneven. My husband brought him home and is having to cut his hair again. Very disappointed. They also gave away our appointment time to someone else. Very disappointed. We usually see Dani and she is excellent. We will be back when she is.

The lady did not understand what a fade is and shaved my kid bald and then blamed me for it instead if taking accountability .

Arrived exactly at my appointment time and checked in. there were 4 employees total who proceeded to ignore us after check in for 20 min until i said something. our stylist had an attitude after i had asked when we were going to be served and at the end of the cut, she made some off handed comments about my hair(the parent) needing a hair cut too (she insinuated i had split ends). over all 2/10 experience due to employees lack of attention and attitude
