We weren’t at all happy with the cut this time. It is clearly uneven and sticking up in the back, which never happened when we got his hair cut here before. When I mentioned that the front looked uneven, the stylist said,”well I can’t do anything about his hair growth patterns” and then cut it shorter just to show me that I was wrong and it wouldn’t be even. That bothered me a lot because no other stylist has had an issue getting his hair even and neat. In fact, when we came a couple months ago, his hair looked PERFECT. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the woman who cut his hair that time because she was gentle and kind and really made my son look handsome. The most recent stylist was the opposite. I felt like she was nice to us until I commented about possibly shortening the front. Then she made me feel bad for asking for it to be fixed. It suddenly wasn’t her fault and she blamed it on how his hair grows. Then I felt like I couldn’t say anything else because I seemed to have offended her. As a hair stylist, you should know how to work with all hair types. If a client isn’t happy, you should do your job in customer service and try to fix the issue. I don’t really want to come back now. It isn’t a cheap haircut and now I feel like I have to fix it myself. Very disappointing.

Last visit my son had with cludia it was really good she did a great job but this time I didn’t have time to wait for cludia so someone else did my son hair it was bad experience i had with her i felt like when i was telling her something about the hair she was giving me mad look & Ignore me I didn’t like her I don’t her name maybe u have in your system so i don’t want her next time !

Really bad haircut. Embarrassingly bad. Guy apparently did not know what he was doing. We have to fix our son's haircut somehow. it is uneven all over, there is a chunk missing out of the bangs. Astonishing lack of care.

I walked in and saw two new stylists. I was helped by a new male employee. He was friendly but definitely lacked skill. He cut my child’s hair terribly, and it was choppy and not blended. I’m disappointed because I’ve always had such a great experience, but this made me feel as if I could’ve done a better job myself.

We have been going to Cookie Cutters for several years and have been pleased. Today was a different experience, while my grandson was in the chair the stylist left twice....once to answer the phone and the second time to greet and check in a new customer. (They did have a receptionist working at the time.) Both times she was gone a considerable amount of time. I felt this was rather rude and it left me with the feeling that our time was not important at all. I drive 30 minutes to get to this location but this may be my last time to make the trip. May be time to find another place.

Unfortunately, I was super disappointed by this experience. I had to fix my son's hair when we returned home and wish I had not spent the money to have it cut in the first place.
