Stylist didn’t adhere to directions and the previous haircut picture shown. Once shown the picture of pervious haircut and asked to cut just a tad bit more while pointing to where the hair would stop at his ears, she was rude and said “it’ll be a whole other haircut.” and took off more than 1 inch of hair in addition to the previous length cut and went further than what was pointed out. This resulted in too much taken off and my son losing his natural waves and curls. For future customers: It would be helpful if the stylist would stop rushing and would grab the hair and reference where the cut will happen and not just do what she pleases without confirming the length. Sorry, but we won’t be back. This ruined my child’s hair forever.

the haircut was horrible. I had to have a friend fix it the day after. It was so bad I did not want to have anyone there fix it. It was nice to have a place to take him to know how he would respond to his first hair cut, he did great, but I would never take him back.

Worse cut we have ever had at CC. Tried a different barber while ours was not available. Will return but will definitely wait til our barber return. Would have appreciated if barber would have been honest and said “I do not have much experience in providing the service that you are asking for!!!!

I had to go home and recut both of my kids hair! Complete waste of money!! Jennifer is a joke and needs to go somewhere else! She had absolutely no idea what she was doing!

The front desk woman was fantastic and stepped in to help make the experience great. The barber, on the other hand, made me feel very uncomfortable. The barber was disheveled and seemed out of it. Honestly, it seemed like she was on a type of downer drug to be perfectly blunt. She was slurring her words, unkept appearance, and kept dragging the cord to the shaver over my child, along with that “zoned out” empty stare in her eyes. This person should not be providing services to children. It made me uncomfortable as a parent to have her cutting my child’s hair with sharp objects.
