It was our son's first haircut, so we had no idea what to expect. We were one of the first appointments of the day and were taken right away. Unfortunately, our little one wasn't thrilled with sitting alone so McKenzie offered for me to hold him and she just rolled with it. She was calm and patient and I often said "I don't know how you do this". We walked out with a happy kid and a really good haircut! We will be back for sure!
