Only one person working so the employee was working extra hard to get through everyone. Great service, even with a longer wait with the missing employee. I'll definitely be back. It was easy to get an appointment, too.

Sophie was WONDERFUL, Eli was ecstatic about his haircut as was I, the “Gammy”, he loved the police car and Sophie explained EVERYTHING to Eli.

Wendy was amazing. She was so caring and understanding. My daughter was nervous about getting a shampoo for the first time but Wendy explained everything to her and actually sang a song with her while she washed her hair. After singing a song and being able to lay down all while getting her hair washed, my daughter was at complete ease and really enjoyed her experience. Not to mention the super cute hair style and glitter she received at the end. What an awesome time we had, all thanks to our stylist Wendy for understanding my daughter's nervousness during her first professional shampoo.
