When we were in there was only 1 person working. Although I know things happen, I make an appointment so I can get in and out in a timely manner and yesterday we were still waiting 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment. The girl that cut my children’s hair was apologetic and did a great job and was very nice, so she wasn’t the issue, and I know she was doing everything she could, but still, she is only one person. She was trying to greet everyone, cut hair, clean up, and answer phone calls. She shouldn’t have been alone.

Theresa was amazing! She was so patient with our stubborn child who hates having his hair cut. Each time we have come back to her he's done a little bit better. We will definitely continue coming back to see Theresa!
