The stylist gave my son a good haircut, but she wasn’t very patient or gentle with my child. He was a little tired & a little whiny, which happens with children sometimes. He said it hurt (I know it probably didn’t) but the stylist in turn said, “I know it doesn’t hurt, I’ve done 2 hair cuts before you and neither of them said it hurt or whined about it... I think you’re fibbing.” As she continues to grab his head and pull it back and not being gentle at all. Then in turn asked him if he was tired because he was being so whiny. Her patience and manners were terrible with my son! This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with a stylist at cookie cutters. I will continue to take my son here because normally the atmosphere is great & the services given are also great. But I will make sure I do not get this stylist again! Alex is our favorite, very gently and patient. At my mistake I booked the apt on a day he wasn’t there.

Cara was amazing. My son had a meltdown, which I wish I could have let them known ahead of time. But she still accomplished cutting his hair and it looks amazing. She was so patient and talked to him the entire time

I am 19 months old and getting my hair cut can be really scary. Even though I cried during the haircut, everyone took great care of me! I was able to watch Baby Shark on the TV at my station, sit in a cool airplane seat, and hold a lollipop. I couldn't ask for a better experience. After many weeks without a haircut, my hair looks great! Everything was very clean, I felt safe and respected, and I still have my neat green balloon to carry around. Thank You!
