Hair stylish was rude during our visit. Gave us an attitude when we asked for them to cut sons hair shorter. Told us to tell her from beginning that we wanted it shorter, but unable to provide that feedback in advance as we weren’t sure how much she would be taking off.

Very kind stylist and good experience, however went yesterday and took my 2 kids paying for the Baby's 1st Haircut Package for my youngest which would be the piece of my child's hair, a color printed certificate with his picture taken and printed in the salon like how it was displayed on the wall at the counter was ridiculous because they stated "there is an issue with the printer" and that they would just email it to me. I told them i didnt have a color printer and that i find it unfair paying for the package/certificate which i would have expected in my hand at the salon. They did not inform me at the time of requesting this service at the beginning that the printer was not working and that the certificate would be emailed to me. The lady working the front desk only told me after the haircut and upon payment. I did not appreciate that. I told the front that the first time i took my 1st child back in 12/2024 Michelle informed me ahead of time that the printer was not working and i ended up paying for just Trimming of the bangs. One would think they would fix the printer since then otherwise refrain from offering that service or atleast inform the client before purchasing that service before the cut.

I feel the woman that cut my kids hair botched it. She was very nice and friendly but she doesn’t know how to cut hair The owner of the place usually cuts my girls hair and she’s great but this was terrible I will not be coming back

Felt very very rushed. Waited 11 minutes after my appointment time to be seen then was completely rushed to get the hair cut, the next people walked in for the next appointment and then we were sent on our way. Meanwhile the hair cut wasn’t completely finished, the stylist decided it was finished meanwhile I wasn’t asked if the hair on the top of the head needed to be shorter . Probably wouldn’t go back if they rush between appointments.

Angelica was EXTREMELY kind, understanding, helpful and patient throughout the entire process, and any negative ratings on this review have nothing to do with her. my two-year-old does not like getting his haircut and is very unhappy and crying when he’s there. she was very understanding and accommodating and I give her a 10/10 for the visit. however, upon paying the male employee there made a joking comment”. Well don’t bring him back here again” , which was very unappreciated, unprofessional, and extremely upsetting to myself as the mother and made me feel that we were extremely unwelcome. Joking or not comments like that during a sensitive. situation is not a way to make customers feel welcome. i’m not naive in understanding that a crying child is distracting and can be upsetting for other customers, which is why I make his appointments always the first one in the morning to avoid crowds, but this comment made us feel completely unwelcome in this establishment.

Overall happy with the haircut we received, it being our child’s first time the certificate was a great token to take home. I wish that the hairstylist had completely dried her hair before we left, but there was another customer waiting and it felt like we were a little rushed out.
