The manicurist was super nice and she knows how to do her job but $30 for a manicure is too expensive. It should cost no more than $20 + tip In NY for $40 you get mani-pedi during lunchtime in 55minutes Pedicure in a massage chair and after the manicure they massage (rub your shoulders with Their hands for 3 minutes ) before you go. Sometimes 2 manicurist at once. That’s service! i don’t need a rose to make my manicure special.

I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes after that time. The manicurist spoke no English and I had a difficult time communicating with her. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a mani pedi, so I was there for almost 3 hours, which made me late for an important meeting. They didn’t have my nail color. But they did give me 10% off a service that usually costs 1/2 as much in other large cities.

They do a good job but the prices are very overpriced and they are constantly trying to upsell services or products. Valet is nice feature and only $5, otherwise parking is impossible in that area. The salon should be more upfront about what level stylist you are assigned to if you are unfamiliar with the stylists. There doesn’t seem to be too big a different between level 3-5 for haircut and blow dry. Overall, overpriced for the service you receive.

i found it annoying that i walked in and made an appointment for a shellac mani, regular pedi, shampoo and blow dry for $155. I don't mind paying this at south beach, but not in Brickell where i am forced to watch the owner jetset around in her fancy cars. Now i know why

Buyer beware - if you book a full highlight for $150 your bill before tip will be over $325. i think the stylist are on commission. They upcharge the crap out of you and you don't even know it. And oh my gosh i want to cry every time i look in the mirror because i hate my color. I was supposed to get blond highlights and my hair has not been this dark since i was in college. Will not return

I went there for an ordinary pedicure and left the place after +2h feeling robbed. Other clients was taken care of while I was left in treatments I never asked for. It was really a disappointment. And the price was more then three times the scheduled fee. It was so obvious that they took the opportunity to take advantage of me as a tourist. Not a good feeling.
