Now that my daughter’s hair is dry I’m so disappointed that I actually spent money on this cut. It was supposed to be one length at about the middle of her neck. The whole cut is uneven the front is to her chin one one side and past that on the other the back is jagged. I actually had to take a pair of scissors myself to try fix some of the random long bits that stuck out really badly. My daughter is happy she finally has short hair but I’m so disappointed. Will warn folks off from the place for the future.

Not sure why we didn’t have a race car or plane this time. Our son did not have a good experience and our expectations were not met. Last time we came it was much better.

It seems once in awhile we have stylists/barbers who do not seem to be good with children. Particularly talking to them while they are getting their hair cut. It's important to reassure and talk to children. I only patronize Cookie Cutters because you are suppose to be better with children in this setting than adult salons. I left White Marsh location because they never seem to have any hot water for shampooing, but since the pandemic we are no longer interested in shampooing and just want a good cut. Sometimes we are placed with new stylists that are not very good with children and then others that are. Not so with this last experience. Good cut but not so good with helping Chris feel comfortable and talking him through the process. Surprised that the price had increased and not sure how we are put with someone who asked if we are new customers since we have patronized the business for the last 2 years. After this experience we will not be returning.

Our hairdresser was the only one in the salon without a mask. Everyone else was wearing one.

We just left Cookie Cutters -Perry Hall after visiting for my son’s first haircut. He’s 13 months old and was actually pretty chill for a baby in the chair as he got to watch the cute video playing (he doesn’t usually get to watch tv, so he was riveted!). The inside of the store is so cute and the people were friendly but unfortunately she did a pretty bad job on his hair. It is very choppy pretty much all over. I’m of course quite disappointed, especially since it was his first haircut! 😢 I’m also surprised as I’ve seen lots of positive recommendations from other moms on Facebook (which is why I chose this shop), so I just wanted to put my experience out there as well.
