We’ve had good experiences at this location before, but today we rough. We arrived 3 minutes late to our appointment, and waited a few additional minutes to be checked in. When we did, we were told “since you were late, they’ve taken the next appointment.” I understand we were a couple of minutes late… But seemed awfully quick to move on to the next appointment, when it’s not busy. So we were in there for an hour beginning to end. The girl who cut his hair was nice, but honestly, wouldn’t really make a suggestion on how we should cut his hair… And since we know nothing about that, we didn’t know what to do. Additionally, we were asked to hold his head still so she cloud cut around his ears, but didn’t really advise how to do that, so we just made it up. In the end, my son’s hair is shorter… It’s not what we wanted, but honestly, we were getting frustrated and just decided to cut our losses. It’s certainly not a $24 haircut.

My boy isn’t the easiest to cut but they never usually rush to finish. they make sure he looks decent before saying they are done. We drive from chillicothe so it’s not like it’s around the block.

Everyone was very nice and my child loved the plane. We can in for a boy haircut. When we got home, I noticed that his hair was uneven and not cut in some places.

Need stools for the kids to get in the chairs! Greet people nicer and more professional when they walk in not leave them stand there for ten minutes while your talking to other co- workers! And for the price my daughter shouldn’t have left with half dried hair it should have been blown out with a round brush.

I was very disappointed that none of the employees were wearing masks. They work with the group of people who are most vulnerable to the virus and not one had a mask. I almost walked out and I will for sure next time if they aren’t masked up. Hopefully this is something that can and will be addressed moving forward.

Hair was cut too short despite asking for a trim. Stylist did not wait for the child to calm down before beginning, stylist appeared annoyed during the cut.
